Cooking Confidently Course
The Sandwich Ministry is one of my favorite cooking classes! I love that chef Sicily teaches us culinary techniques through the lens of sandwiches - so creative and approachable for all cooking levels.”

Sicily
My career started in Hollywood, where I became a successful actress as “Young Aisha” on the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and on the primetime family comedy, "One On One" as Spirit.
However, I’ve always been fascinated by how food and people intersect, and how meals turn into a tradition.
So, my mission as a 7th-generation cook is to put my passion for people, nostalgia, community, and cooking to good use. Inspiring others to cook confidently in the kitchen like a pro, all in the name of sandwiches!

ONE ON ONE
Did you know that cooking was my 2nd career?
Back in the day, early 200's, I was an actress on one of primetime tv's hit shows.
Now, it's on Netflix.

Content Creations is so new to me but being about apart of the first cohort of their residency program and hosting my own series on Pinterest Tv has taught me so much.

I didn't start my career as a restaurant chef.
I started it doing R&D, being my career with a double intership at the LA Times Test Kitchen, under thee Noelle Carter.
